[PhD students] Mail migration to Outlook (Office 365) | Gdańsk University of Technology

NOTE! On the night of Friday (27.09.2024) to Saturday (28.09.2024) your mail (e-mail) accounts and electronic calendars were migrated and began to be supported by the new Outlook (Office 365) e-mail system. It is available to you via a web browser at: https://outlook.office.com/. You will also be able to use it through https://poczta.pg.edu.pl by selecting New Mail - Outlook.

After switching your email account, you can log in to the system using your University user account (login method is the same as for myPG system). E-mail addresses remain the same. Below is the way to log in:

• Login: shortlogin@pg.edu.pl
• Password: the same as for the mojaPG system
