[Update 05.11] Dates free from classes and reporting of rest breaks in 2024/2025 | Gdańsk University of Technology

[Update 05.11.2024] We have published a calendar of Doctoral School classes. At the moment it is not possible to bind the calendar to your account. When such a possibility becomes available, the information will be published on the School's website.

Calendar of Doctoral School classes

We would like to inform you that on October 30, 2024, the Communication of the Director of the Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology No. 2/2024-2025 on doctoral students' rest breaks and dates free from classes for doctoral students in the academic year 2024/2025 was issued. 

Dates free from classes for PhD students in AY. 2024/2025: 

• from December 23, 2024 to January 2, 2025 (6 working days),
• from April 18, 2025 to April 22, 2025 (2 working days),
• from May 1 to 4, 2025 (1 working day),
• from June 19 to 22, 2025 (1 working day).

Note that the policy of reporting rest breaks has also changed - two types of breaks have been introduced: fixed and floating, governed by different rules.
