[Update 04.02] Call for applications for the PROM program has started (until 09.02)
[Updated 04.02.2025] NOTE! Increasingly, we are being asked by PhD students interested in trips within the PROM program to sign an approval by the Doctoral School Director. According to the School's rules, the supervisor of the PhD student is the PhD student's supervisor.
Regarding the notification of the trip itself, please follow the information published on our website under PhD students -> PhD Student's Mobilities tab.
Within the PROM program, you can apply for funding for a short trip (from 5 to 7 days) to, among other things, a conference, a training course, a winter/summer school, a trip to obtain materials for a dissertation or research. The list of countries to which you can go includes Europe and countries outside Europe.
Funding includes:
- scholarship,
- funding for living and accommodation costs,
- funding for travel costs.
The program allows not only trips of employees, doctoral students and PG students, but also visits of foreign guests.
Application Timeline
- January 30 - February 9: Application submission period
- February 17-18: Application review by the committee
- by February 19: Announcement of application results
