[PhD Students] RMUA and PIT in Moja PG | Gdańsk University of Technology

Within the application, you can download digitally signed insurance (RMUA) documents related to the doctoral scholarships you receive, by going to Payments -> eDocuments and choosing “Dokumenty ubezpieczeniowe” > “RMUA za rok”.

If you encounter any problems related to downloading the documents, please do not hesitate to contact the HelpDesk team by filling out the form available on zgłoszenia.pg.edu.pl.

We would also like to kindly request that you download the mentioned documents as soon as possible.

NOTE! Doctoral scholarships, WFS, and IDUB fellowships are not subject to personal income tax, so doctoral students do not receive PIT documents. If a doctoral student is employed at Gdańsk Tech, then a PIT-11 related to this employment will appear in their account. A separate communication has been sent by the Payroll Department (Bursary) on this matter and please follow it.
