December is a special time that encourages not only reflecting on the past year but, above all, integrating and celebrating together. While taking a break from research, publications, and scientific work, it is worth finding a moment to meet in a less formal atmosphere.

Meeting these expectations, Gdańsk University of Technology Doctoral Students' Self-government warmly invites you to this year’s PhD Students’ Christmas Party! This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the festive atmosphere and network with doctoral students from various disciplines.

Event Details

Date: December 12, 2025 (Friday)
Time: 6:00 PM (organizers request early arrival)
Venue: AK PG Kwadratowa
Dress code: As you like – festive outfits are welcome!

After the official part ends, participants are welcome to stay in Kwadratowa for the evening party that will begin right after the event.

Christmas ‘Market of Miracles’ at Gdańsk Tech

On the same day (December 12), the Christmas ‘Market of Miracles’ and the decorating of the Eco-tree will take place on the square in front of the Main Building. We encourage you to visit the market, enjoy warming tea and gingerbread cookies, and support charitable causes. We also remind you that doctoral students can join as exhibitors of handicrafts, art, or baked goods.
