Organization of the Doctoral School Office work – February

Dear Doctoral Students, 
 
below we present the Doctoral School Office's work schedule for the coming weeks. You will find here all the dates when there may be changes in the day-to-day service for PhD Students and Candidates for the School. Please familiarize yourself with it and plan in advance the actions related to obtaining certificates / documents or have your applications accepted by the Doctoral School Office in the Moja PG system.

We will keep updating the entry if there are any changes to the schedule, so please keep an eye on our website.

We would also like to remind you of the current office hours for PhD Students and Candidates for the School: 

• Monday 10:00-13:30 
• Tuesday 10:00-13:30  
• Wednesday - Office closed
• Thursday 8:00-11:30 
• Friday 8:00-11:30
