New edition of the Scientific Events’ Co-financing Program 2026

The Gdańsk Tech Doctoral Students' Self-Government is launching a new edition of the funding program supporting participation in scientific conferences, workshops, and other academic events in 2026. The initiative aims to make it easier for doctoral researchers to participate in conferences, workshops, and other academic events that help them develop their research, present their results, and build academic networks – both in Poland and internationally.
Key features of the program

  • The grant covers only participation fees in scientific events.

  • For scientific conferences, the doctoral candidate has to present a speech or a poster to obtain the funding.

  • The maximum funding per year is 3000 PLN for an international event and 1000 PLN for a domestic event.

  • In the case of collective works, only one of the co-authors is allowed to receive co-financing.


How to apply?

Applications can be submitted via the Reports tab in the MojaPG system. After being redirected to the page, please enter the SDPG portal and complete the application form there. Please make sure to read the program regulations before submitting your application.
