[Update 03.06] Report on research progress / PhD training 2025/2026
[Update 03.06] Doctoral students are required to submit an Individual Research Plan (IRP) within 12 months of starting their PhD training. The deadline provided in the schedule is organizational – missing it carries no consequences as long as the IRP is submitted within the 12-month timeframe. All other documents must be submitted strictly according to the schedule.
The fulfillment of a doctoral student's obligations arising from the Rules of the Doctoral School and the PhD training is assessed through mandatory reports on the progress of scientific work and training at the School, submitted in the following cycles:

semester cycles -> applies to first-semester doctoral students,

annual cycles -> applies to doctoral students from the second semester to the sixth year.
The entire process takes place in Moja PG -> Student -> eDocuments.
