Welcome Office (WO) is a comprehensive service center, operating as a part of the International Relations Office.

Who are the services of the Welcome Office for?

1. for employees from abroad:
- employed under an employment contract
- employed under civil law contracts

2. for guests from abroad:
- invited by the Rector or individual faculties and units of Gdańsk Tech
- desiring to cooperate with Gdańsk Tech
- participating in international conferences organized by Gdańsk Tech
- conducting research at Gdańsk Tech

3. for students and PhD students:
- full-time students
- exchange students

How can the employees of the Welcome Office help you? 

1. assisting in formal issues (like the legalization of stay, registration, health insurance, PESEL number, etc.)
2. accommodation (in guest rooms in University dormitories and more)
3. assistance in the first days of stay at Gdańsk Tech (opening a university account at MojaPG, obtaining a parking entry card, etc.)
4. providing employees/guests/students with information about the organizational structure of Gdańsk Tech and indicate in which units/departments matters related to work and studies can be handled
5. picking up guests from the airport, organizing a gala dinner/lunch, showing guests around Gdańsk Tech campus 
6. providing information about cultural, sports, and other events organized in the Tri-City
7. providing information materials (about Gdańsk and the University) to foreign guests.
