Brainwave Study Space in the Main Library
We invite you to use the new space for studying, working, and relaxing in the Main Library hall (Main Building, room 100/5).
This comfortable area has cozy chairs, work tables, and a mobile whiteboard (with a mount for a TV, for example, to show presentations). In your free time between classes, you can enjoy the interesting book collection in the hall–both for borrowing and bookcrossing – as well as magazines and board games, which you can use in the new room.
In the future, the space will have a large hot–desk (for 8 people) with smart solutions (power, organizers, storage, LED lighting, space for plants) and acoustic booths.
Creating this new student space responds to the current needs of our technical university community. It will increase the availability of places for individual and group work, as well as for integration and knowledge exchange among students, PhD students, and staff. Comfortable workstations – 4-person acoustic booths and an innovative conference table – will encourage concentration and creativity.
