From the beginning of its activity, the Historical Section has been collecting materials concerning the past of Gdańsk University of Technology and people associated with it.
Perhaps your closets contain documents, archives, photos or objects related with the history of the University of Technology, which will add to the story about the Gdańsk technical university.
We are looking for:
- stories about the lives of Gdańsk Tech employees and students,
- personal and family stories,
- documents of social life, e.g. leaflets and posters, brochures, newsletters etc.,
- historical elements of university equipment,
- scientific instruments and teaching aids.
The materials provided by you will be included in the collections and taken care of by experienced employees of the Historical Section of the Gdańsk Tech Library, and will also be subjected to historical research.
Most importantly, they will unveil the next pages of the history of Gdańsk University of Technology and Pomerania.
