Adam Olszewski, Ph.D., Eng. - Scientist and expert in the sustainable design of environmentally friendly polymer materials. He possesses strong scientific project management skills, developed as the project manager of the PRELUDIUM 22 grant (National Science Centre). His ability to work effectively in research teams is evidenced by an academic portfolio of 30+ scientific articles, more than half of which were co-authored with external national and international research centers.

Aleksandra Mirowska, Ph.D., Eng. - Project Manager of a MINIATURA NCN project, specializing in measurement procedures for advanced surface topography. She gained experience during numerous international research stays, including six months at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and two months at the Tarbiat University of Technology in Iran. Her scientific track record includes 40 publications, with a current h-index of 14 (Web of Science)

M.Sc. Chen Xiu (Faculty of Management and Economics) – a standout example of her portfolio is her research on sustainable coastal energy clusters, guided by Anna Lis, Ph.D., D.Sc., Eng., Associate Professor at Gdańsk Tech. The significance of this work was recognized in the Polish Academy of Sciences (Gdańsk Branch) competition for the best 2024 scientific publications, where she received a distinction for her article in the prestigious Energy journal.

Assistant Professor at the Department of Functional Materials Engineering, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, whose primary research interests focus on Solid Oxide Fuel Cells and Electrolysers (SOFC/SOEC) used for energy conversion. His research results have been published exclusively in renowned scientific journals, and his experiments have been carried out at numerous national and international research facilities, including SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Centre, Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste, and European Synchrotron Radiation Facility. He gained experience in large-scale fuel cell research during an eight-month research stay at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland through the NAWA Bekker Programme. He is the author or co-author of 20 publications, with a current Web of Science h-index of 12.
