Start of courses in the winter semester
During the current academic year 2024/2025, classes for PhD students will start not earlier than in November, however, the specific starting dates of classes assigned to each discipline may differ.
Firstly, the obligatory courses provided in the Doctoral Training Programmes (curriculum) for the winter semester of AY 2024/2025 will be scheduled. Secondly, electives and soft skills courses will be scheduled.
As for elective courses, it is necessary to enroll BEFORE they start since the number of enrolled students is decisive for whether the course will be launched during the current semester.
NOTE: Doctoral School is not responsible for adding doctoral students to classes who did not enroll in the due date, but still want to participate in the course. In such case, during the first class the consent to participate is required from the lecturer, and if granted, the lecturer should add the doctoral student to the course list by themself. Please note that attendance in the elective course chosen by the PhD student is compulsory.
