Dear PhD Students,

We would like to kindly inform you that due to the Christmas season, the administrative service at the Doctoral School Office will be limited and there may be some delays.

Please find below the office schedule:

23.12.2024 r. - office open/partial remote service

24.12.2024 r. - the office will provide a remote service only

25 - 26.12.2024 r. - office closed - Christmas holidays

27.12.2024 r.  - office will provide remote service only (limited staffing)

30 - 31.12.2024 r. - office open/partial remote service

01.01.2025 r. - office closed - New Year

02 - 03.01.2025 r. - office open (limited staffing)

06.01.2025 r. - office closed - Epiphany

Please take the above information into consideration when requesting certificates/documents or having your applications accepted by the Doctoral School office in the Moja.PG system.

At the same time, we would like to remind you of the fixed rest break free from teaching for PhD students between 23 December 2024 and 2 January 2025.
