Moja PG System – activating your doctoral account and creating an email address
Moja PG (moja.pg.edu.pl) is a university portal that enables electronic service for doctoral students, effectively reducing the number of required visits to the School's Office.
To take full advantage of these possibilities, start by activating your account — this is the first and mandatory step.
Please do this as soon as possible after receiving the welcome message from us. In it, you will find your assigned student registration number, which — together with the data provided during admission — is necessary to activate the account. Once the account is activated, the system will assign you a login in the format name.surname@pg.edu.pl, which is also your new, official e-mail address.
All communications from the School will be sent to this e-mail address, so remember to check it regularly. You can access it on the Moja PG portal in the „Mail” application.
Are you a Gdańsk Tech graduate? Your Moja PG account still exists. In order to grant it full doctoral authorizations, you must go through the process of activating it again using your existing student password. This will allow the system to refresh your authorizations and create a new email alias in the @pg.edu.pl domain.
Forgot your password? You can reset it using, among others, the Login.gov.pl option or another available password reset method.
After logging into Moja PG for the first time, submit an application for the issuance of an electronic PhD student ID card (ELD). Before you start, please verify the accuracy of your personal information.
This is crucial because:
-
If the data is accurate, select Issue of an electronic PhD student ID card (ELD).
-
If the data requires correction, select ELD issue with change of personal details.
The entire process takes place online in the "Student" application. When submitting the application, you will attach a digital photo and make the payment for the issuance of the ID card.
Important: Your ID card will not be transferred to production until the payment due is posted in the system. We encourage you to use ePayments, which are posted immediately.
After submitting these first applications, you gain access to tools that will facilitate the organization of your PhD training and scientific career.
"Student" application – your administrative matters in one place
This application allows you to, among other things:
-
See your personal data and the grades you have received for your courses.
-
Submit online applications for the most important certificates, including:
-
confirming PhD student status (of admission, training period, or completion),
-
confirming the doctoral scholarship and payment of social insurance contributions,
-
a Residence permit / visa certificate.
-
"Science" application – your digital scientific portfolio
This is a tool to keep records of your achievements. It allows for ongoing recording of scientific and research work, publications, patents, patent applications, know-how, and other achievements.
