Regulations of doctoral school

Regulations regarding the Doctoral School have been prepared in Polish and then translated into English for information purposes only. The Polish version will prevail whenever there is a divergent interpretation between these texts.

Regulations of the Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology introducted on April 26, 2023 by resolution of the Gdańsk Tech Senate - US 318/2023/XXV - valid in a.y. 2023/2024 (currently only in Polish)

The Regulations establish the organization of PhD students training in the Doctoral School, in particular:

  • how to indicate and change the supervisor, supervisors or assistant supervisor;
  • how to document the training process;
  • the way of conducting the mid-term evaluation;
  • the conditions for extending the deadline for submission of the dissertation;
  • the rights and duties of a PhD student.
