The auction, the performances of twelve Tri-City artists and bands and PubQuiz are just some of the attractions prepared by the Student Government of the Gdańsk University of Technology as part of the charity concert "Students for Ukraine" (Sunday, April 24th).

Students of Gdańsk University of Technology invite all to a special charity concert "Students for Ukraine", which will be held on Sunday, April 24 at the Academic Kwadratowa Club. The organizers, in particular, invite volunteers who devoted their time and energy to help refugees from Ukraine.

- Our academic community has shown many times that education and research are not everything. Social and charity activities are equally important to us. The collection of gifts for refugees, organized by employees and students of Gdańsk Tech, turned out to be one of the largest in Gdańsk. For the needs of Ukrainians fleeing the war, we also handed over one of our dormitories - said prof. Krzysztof Wilde, Rector of Gdańsk University of Technology.

The Acaemic Kwadratowa Club stage will feature, among others: DORA, Agnieszka Brenzak, Łukasz Reks, Molend, Marek Piowczyk, Kina Pruś, Karolina Pruś, Jaremko Trio and the Golden Gate String Quartet.

During the event, students will present to the newcomers a video shot during the meetings at the Gdańsk University of Technology and conduct PubQuiz on Ukrainian culture. An important part of the concert will also be a special charity auction.

Admission to the concert is free. However, we encourage you to donate a symbolic amount to the online collection of the Gdańsk Foundation. All funds collected during the event at Gdańsk Tech will be donated to refugees from Ukraine.

- We will raise funds for help both when entering the concert, as well as during special auctions and during breaks between performances - adds Jakub Persjanow, President of the Student Government.
