The International Relations Office coordinates the following programmes for foreign employees who want to come to Gdańsk University of Technology:

1. Erasmus + programmes (visits of academic and support staff)
2. Einsteinium IDUB programme (visits of research staff)

In addition, the Welcome Office operates as part of the structure of the International Relations Office. Its employees provide support to foreign employees and guests in the field of, inter alia, legalisation of stay in Poland, accommodation in Gdańsk, opening a bank account, etc. They also provide assistance by putting a newly recruited foreign employee in touch with individual Gdańsk University of Technology units on organisational matters.
