“At Intel, we strive to increase the quality of life for everyone in the world, which is why we are actively involved in shaping people's careers. We focus on diversity and inclusiveness, and we try to educate and encourage women to choose technical studies more often. To extend these activities even more, we expanded the existing program "New Technologies for Girls" - with scholarships for 50 students from Ukraine. We want to provide students from Ukraine with the opportunity to learn new technologies and support their passions and development ”. (Irina Ledyaeva Public Affairs Lead, Intel Corporation, Poland)

We encourage them to choose education in the STEM area (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). We help them enter the job market and build spectacular careers - in industry, science or by developing their own tech startup. This way we support the emergence of a generation of self-aware women leaders who will change the tech world.
