The second call for applications for the PROM mobility program – short-term academic exchange – has started. The International Relations Office invites employees, PhD students, and students to submit their applications. The recruitment lasts from March 5 to March 16.

Webinars for Applicants To meet the expectations of applicants and streamline the recruitment process, we cordially invite you to webinars that will provide details on the application process and answer all questions regarding the program.

webinar for Employees - March 7, at 11:30

webinar for Students - March 7, at 13:00

Funding for Incoming and Outgoing Mobility The program offers funding for international trips such as conferences, summer/winter schools, training, research queries, and the acquisition of materials for master's, doctoral, or scientific work. Trips may last from 5 to 7 days. Additionally, the program covers scholarships, accommodation, meals, and travel expenses. There is also a possibility to cover registration fees, e.g., for conferences or training.

PROM also enables the arrival of foreign staff, doctoral students, and students, which is an excellent opportunity to establish and strengthen international cooperation.

How to submit an application?

Applications for the program can be submitted online. Additional documents must be attached to the application form, including a consent for travel and an invitation from the host institution (for outgoing trips), and consent from the head of the unit (for the arrival of foreign guests). The deadline for submitting applications is March 16. The results will be announced by the end of March. The recruitment regulations and links to the application forms can be found on the program's website.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Project Supervisor, Katarzyna Doerffer, via email at katarzyna.doerffer@pg.edu.pl.
