4th Call for Applications – The Last Places Available in the PROM Project for International Mobilities!
After recalculating the funds used so far under the project, the International Relations Office has decided to launch the last, fourth call for participation in PROM. The final pool of available mobility spots includes:

3 staff mobilities;
-
3 student mobilities;
-
14 doctoral mobilities.
From the remaining funds, it will no longer be possible to obtain reimbursement for conference fees, summer school tuition, etc.
Application deadlines:
– September 3–17, 2025: application submission period;
– by October 2, 2025: announcement of results.
Activities covered by the project include:
– Student and doctoral mobilities for summer and winter schools (in on-site or hybrid formats);
– Participation of students, doctoral candidates, and staff in international conferences;
– Mobilities to partner universities for collecting materials for master’s/doctoral theses or conducting research using unique equipment;
– Participation in study visits at partner universities.
In total, the project foresees mobilities for around 250 participants, including:
– 40 mobilities for Gdańsk Tech staff;
– 30 incoming mobilities of staff from foreign universities;
– 80 mobilities for Gdańsk Tech doctoral candidates;
– 30 incoming mobilities of doctoral candidates from foreign universities;
– 49 mobilities for Gdańsk Tech students;
– 20 incoming mobilities of students from foreign universities.
