New call for applications within the PROM project!
After recalculating the funds used so far within the project, the International Relations Office has decided to open a new call for applications under the PROM Programme for incoming participants — including staff members, students, and doctoral candidates.

Application deadlines:
– 6–31 October 2025: application submission period;
– by 14 November 2025: announcement of results.
The project includes the following activities:
– Participation of students and doctoral candidates in summer and winter schools (in on-site or hybrid format) organized at our university;
– Participation of students, doctoral candidates, and staff in international conferences organized by Gdańsk University of Technology (Gdańsk Tech);
– Mobility to our university for the purpose of collecting materials for master’s or doctoral theses or conducting research using unique research infrastructure;
– Participation in study visits at Gdańsk Tech.
The entire project provides for mobility of approximately 250 participants, including:
– 40 outgoing mobilities for Gdańsk Tech staff;
– 30 incoming mobilities for staff from foreign universities;
– 80 outgoing mobilities for Gdańsk Tech doctoral candidates;
– 30 incoming mobilities for doctoral candidates from foreign universities;
– 49 outgoing mobilities for Gdańsk Tech students;
– 20 incoming mobilities for students from foreign universities.
