ENHANCE Comeback Seminar

Participants of the ENHANCE Comeback seminar have received detailed organizational information regarding the upcoming event, which will be held online. The meeting is planned as a two-part series aimed at creating a cohesive and engaging space for reflection after academic mobility experiences.

Dates and organization of the sessions

The seminar will take place in two sessions:

  • Monday, March 23 (16:00 – 17:30)

  • Thursday, March 26 (16:00 – 17:30)

Organizers emphasize that participation in both parts is important, as they form one coherent whole. Due to the limited duration of the sessions, participants are asked to be punctual. The virtual “doors” will open a few minutes earlier to allow time for joining and checking the connection.

Platform and tools

The seminar will be held via Zoom. Participants should make sure in advance that the link works properly and that their microphone and camera are functioning correctly.

Additionally, an interactive Miro board will be used during the sessions for group work and breakout room activities. Organizers kindly ask participants not to edit the board before the event begins.

ENHANCE Buddies and interactive format

During the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to meet the so-called ENHANCE Buddies – mobility ambassadors and alumni of ENHANCE programs. They will support discussions and group work in smaller teams.

The seminar is based on non-formal education methods, which means a strong focus on interaction, exchange of experiences, and reflection. Organizers promise inspiring and engaging activities.

Important guidelines for participants

  • Ensure a quiet place to attend the meeting

  • Active participation is key due to the small group setting

  • In case of absence or delay, inform the organizer in advance

Seminar objectives

Based on participants’ applications, the organizers indicate that the main goals of the event are:

  • reflection on mobility experiences,

  • exchange of experiences among participants,

  • support in planning further development paths.

Additional information

Registration for the event remains open until Monday, allowing participants to invite other students who have taken part in ENHANCE programs.

After the seminar, participants may receive an official certificate of participation upon request.
