Strengthening cooperation with Yancheng Institute of Technology (YCIT) | Gdańsk University of Technology

The program included visits to an energy storage enterprise and the New Energy Exhibition Hall, as well as a meeting with the university authorities. The Chinese side proposed cooperation in the areas of study programs, student and staff exchanges, summer schools, and joint research.

Prof. Dariusz Mikielewicz also delivered a lecture and took part in a ceremonial “tree of friendship” planting. The greatest potential for cooperation lies in exchange programs and summer schools. However, a key challenge is the limited English proficiency among students, which may hinder the implementation of dual degree programs.
