OPEN UP! BE BRAVE! - VOL. 2: Training: Different People – Different Ways of Communicating. Workshop on Inclusive Communication

During the workshop, participants will:
- learn practical tools for effective communication in everyday and challenging situations,
- develop assertiveness skills and the ability to recognize manipulation,
- learn to combine empathy with fact-based communication,
- learn how to use simple and understandable language,
- discover ways to address the needs of various groups (including older adults, people with disabilities, people with migration backgrounds, and members of minority groups),
- become familiar with the basics of intercultural communication and managing emotions in conversation,
- learn about communication support tools (AAC), including visual aids and solutions that enhance digital accessibility,
- learn how to design inclusive events and messages and how to respond to discriminatory situations.
The workshops are practical in nature and focus on developing skills that can be directly applied in the workplace—both in teaching and in administrative roles.
👨🏫 Facilitator
Marcin Jerzynek – trainer, lecturer, and HR Business Partner with over 16,000 hours of training experience.
For over 15 years, he has been conducting training for businesses, public administration, and the civil service. He specializes in accessibility and inclusive communication as a trainer and accessibility auditor.
Lecturer at Collegium Da Vinci in Poznań and startup incubation manager. He supports entrepreneurs in preparing for presentations to investors.
