enhance
On 29–30 June 2026, the ENHANCE+ Mentor Workshops will take place in Warsaw as part of the WP5 work package. The event is designed for current and prospective mentors interested in supporting startup teams and founders within an international academic entrepreneurship environment.

Develop Your Mentoring Skills

The workshops will focus on two key topics:

  • Mentoring Founding Teams in Times of Change – supporting startup teams in navigating dynamic and uncertain environments.
  • Mentoring Leadership and Management Competencies of Startup Founders – developing the skills needed to effectively guide founders in building and growing innovative ventures.

The workshops are part of a broader WP5 initiative that combines mentor capacity-building with the ENHANCE startup mentoring programme, helping to strengthen the network of mentors engaged in entrepreneurship activities across the alliance.
