Applications must be submitted via the Forms system in Moja PG.

Application period opens: 6 July 2026
Application deadline: 20 July 2026
Results announcement: within two weeks after the application deadline.

📜 Proof of Language Proficiency

Staff members applying for a mobility are required to provide proof of their proficiency in the language in which the training or teaching activities will be conducted. Such proof may take various forms, including an internationally recognized language certificate (e.g. FCE, IELTS), confirmation of passing another language examination, or evidence of teaching in a foreign language.

If you are unable to provide proof of your language proficiency by other means, the Foreign Languages Centre (CJO) can assess your language skills. An oral interview will be conducted by CJO language instructors.
