Chevening is a prestigious scholarship programme funded by the UK Government, offering fully funded master’s degrees at UK universities. The scholarship covers the full cost of tuition and living expenses in the UK.

The programme is aimed at people who want to gain international experience and build a global network. Chevening is looking for candidates who demonstrate leadership potential and are committed to making a positive difference in their communities.

The Chevening scholarship and university application processes run in parallel. Candidates first apply for the Chevening Scholarship, selecting three eligible master’s courses in the UK. At the same time, or at a later stage, they apply directly to their chosen courses at UK universities.

You do not need to have already been accepted onto a course when submitting your Chevening application. However, to receive the scholarship, you must later obtain an unconditional offer for at least one of your selected courses and meet the requirements of both Chevening and your chosen university.

Applications are open until 6 October 2026.
