How can we build a society where equal treatment comes without any “buts”? How should we respond to discrimination, and where can we seek support?
This meeting focuses on the practical dimension of counteracting discrimination – both at the institutional level and in everyday situations. Based on experiences from initiatives carried out in Gdańsk, participants will learn about concrete tools and solutions that support people experiencing unequal treatment.

The meeting will be led by:
- Marianna Palider – psychologist and CBT psychotherapist, trainer and specialist in supporting anti-discrimination efforts;
- Elżbieta Jachlewska – social activist, President of the WAGA Association, expert in equal treatment and social projects.
