How Gdańsk Tech academic staff can profit from the ENHANCE+ project? 


Thanks to the ENHANCE+ project academic staff will:
  • cooperate across disciplines in providing educational content
  • better design their learning offers complementary to those offered at other ENHANCE universities
  • be able to enhance their professional and soft skills through participation in events and programs (like: teach-the-teacher workshops, courses within Certificate in Higher Education Teaching programme, cross-border mentoring for female early-career researchers and many others) 

To enable this ENHANCE will:
  • improve automatic recognition of academic qualifications and learning periods on a cultural, regulatory and practical level
  • establish the European Education Pathways (EEPs) and create frameworks for joint short-term education offers
  • upgrade the IT systems for the European Education Pathways EEPs and micro-credentials
  • map future skills and educational offers
  • map new, smart pedagogical models
