Currently, the EOSC-PL is being implemented through a partnership of four institutions:
- National Science Centre
- Cyfronet AGH
- Gdańsk University of Technology
- University of Warsaw
- Institute of Oceanology of Polish Academy of Sciences
The partnership between the institutions was established in January 2026 in the form of an agreement formalising the creation of the Polish National Node of the European Open Science Cloud – EOSC PL. This made it possible to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishing the EOSC Federation, which formalised Poland's participation in the development of the European Open Science ecosystem, emphasising the country's role in creating a coherent digital science ecosystem in Europe. On behalf of the EOSC Poland national node, the memorandum was signed by prof. Krzysztof Jóźwiak, the Director of the National Science Centre – the node coordinator.
The organisations representing potential European, national and thematic Nodes distributed across the EOSC Federation:
