Gdańsk University of Technology participates in the following work packages, whose activities include:
WP8 | Repository training and support: Initiating Network cohesion and expansion

- analysing the repositories’ support and training needs
- defining FIDELIS support and training activities, considering and aligning with existing initiatives
- drafting the overall training strategy for capacity building in repositories
WP9 | Repository training and support: Strengthening the Network
T9.1 Upgrading support and training for repositories [M13-M24]
T9.3 Training and mentoring for capacity building [M13-M24]
- recalibrating the programme based on the first year’s results and feedback, and adapting networking activities with relevant EOSC projects, especially HORIZON-INFRA-2024-EOSC-01-04
- enriching the training materials and delivering open training interventions and a mentoring programme through peer-to-peer support and a Train-the-Trainer approach to scale out our training capacities and grow the number of TDRs in the Network over time

T10.1 Consolidating support and training for repositories [M25-M36]
T10.3 Sustainable pathways for capacity building in the Network [M25-M36]
- consolidating the European Network of trustworthy repositories through the final cycle of support and training
- co-creating the mentoring programme with the involvement of repositories who have received support and mentorship in the past two years of the project
- ensuring the sustainability of relevant training outputs and activities
- providing recommendations for capacity building in the Network after the end of the project
