obraz
NOTE! eDocuments will be uploaded by School Office staff to PhD student accounts in MojaPG in June.

The deadline for submission of documents related to mid-term evaluation in moja.PG has been set to August 31, 2023 (The date of approval of the document in the system by the supervisor is counted).

Informational meeting regarding this topic was organized in March. More information > Information meeting for 2nd-year PhD students regarding mid-term evaluation

More information can be found in the tab For PhD Students > Mid-term evaluation

Please note that mid-term evaluation process is obligatory.

NOTE: Failure to submit eDocuments by the deadline will result in the inability to approach the mid-term evaluation, which means removal from the list of doctoral students.

Documents:

We kindly remind you that the document templates related to the mid-term evaluation are :

  • PhD candidate's mid-term report
  • Mid-term evaluation of the supervisor

Document templates are available on our website > For PhD Students > Downloads > Templates.

NOTE! Instructions for using the forms for circulation of documents in MojaPG system - eDocuments can be found on the Doctoral School website in the tab For PhD Students--> Downloads--> Templates (accessed by logging in).

Submission of documents to the Doctoral School Office can be done in the MojaPG system> Student > eDocuments after approval by the PhD student and, in the case of the mid-term report, additionally by the supervisor.

Circulation of eDocuments with mid-term evaluation in the system is initiated by the Doctoral School Office.
Then, the Doctoral School Office forwards the documents for evaluation to the members of the mid-term evaluation committee, and after receiving their reviews, makes them available in the same eDocument to the PhD student.

Interviews with committees are scheduled for the second half of October.
