Ceremonial meeting of the Senate of Gdańsk Tech. Doctoral School Authorities awarded | Gdańsk University of Technology

During a ceremonial meeting of the Senate of Gdańsk University of Technology, medals, decorations and awards were presented to employees of the university and people associated with our academic community.

The ceremony took place on Wednesday, December 4, in the Gdańsk Tech Auditorium of the university's Main Building. The event was attended by Beata Rutkiewicz, governor of Pomerania, Prof. Krzysztof Wilde, rector of Gdańsk Tech, as well as members of the rector's board, representatives of faculty authorities, student government, PhD students’ council and invited guests.

Distinguished members of the authorities of Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology:

• Prof. Robert Jankowski, D.Sc. (Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering) - Director of the Doctoral School - Gdańsk Tech Rector’s First Degree Award for scientific and artistic achievements and Gold Medal for Long Service.
• Prof. Ewa Lechman, D.Sc. (Faculty of Management and Economics) - Deputy Director of Education, Quality and PQF - Gdańsk Tech Rector’s First Degree Award for the obtained scientific title,
• Prof. Maciej Bagiński, D.Sc. (Faculty of Chemistry) - deputy director for development and internationalization - Gdańsk Tech Rector's First Degree Team Award for organizational achievements.
