Gdańsk University of Technology is a community of employees, doctoral students and students, united by common values and principles as well as the awareness of their role in the academic community, and the responsibility towards society. In all its activities, the university is guided by a set of principles, the highest goal of which is care, respect and responsibility for people, society and the rule of law.
To express this important mission, on January 19, 2011, the University Senate passed a resolution on the adoption of the Code of Ethics of e Gdańsk University of Technology. The values and good academic practices developed over the years of the University's existence have thus found their systematized form, becoming a signpost for the entire community of Gdańsk University of Technology in everyday work and study.
