ENHANCE invites - SAY HELLO TO UKRAINE (online meeting)
In 2022, Gdańsk University of Technology joined the ENHANCE Alliance - an association of 10 European technical universities. Thanks to the presence at ENHANCE, students and employees of Gdańsk Tech have the opportunity to participate in winter and summer schools, seminars and other interesting events on various topics. The next such event will take place on Thursday, April 27 at 4:00 p.m. online. This time, Warsaw University of Technology invites you to a SAY HELLO TO UKRAINE meeeting dedicated to Ukrainian culture and history.
Say Hello to Ukraine
The meeting will take place on the MS Teams platform from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.. To participate in the event, please register by sending an email to: dorota.chrominska@pw.edu.pl
During the event, Prof. Olha Pavlenko and prof. Kateryna Tuliakova from Kiev Polytechnic and prof. Hanna Shayner and prof. Olha Tsubova from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Lviv Polytechnic will present many interesting facts about Ukrainian culture, history, tradition, education and language. One of the goals of the meeting will also be to show contemporary Ukraine seen "through the eyes of the young".
During the meeting there will also be an interview with Glenn Anderson, a Peace Corps volunteer, who will tell us why he fell in love with Ukraine. All participants will be able to take part in quizzes, share their insights and ask questions.
The ENHANCE Alliance was founded in November 2019 as an association of ten European technical universities. Its goal is to create a European and interdisciplinary space for the interaction of innovative technological progress, society and our environment.
