Suspension of accepting staff applications in the Erasmus+ program

ważny komunikat
Due to the very high interest in Erasmus+ mobilities, as of February 1, 2024, submission of applications by staff is suspended until further notice. At the same time, we would like to inform that the university has already taken steps to gain additional funding for mobilities.

UPDATE AS OF MARCH 27, 2024: Applications from employees for the Erasmus+ program are being accepted again. More information can be found on the website www.pg.edu.pl/international.

The possibility of submitting applications will be suspended from February 1. Employees who have submitted applications but have not yet received approval for their mobilities will be informed whether their applications will be further processed within the following two weeks.

Maria Doerffer, Erasmus+ University Coordinator: - Erasmus+ mobilities are experiencing unprecedented popularity among the employees of Gdańsk Tech. We are extremely pleased that our employees attach such great importance to developing their professional skills, however, the increase in the number of reported trips is currently so rapid that the university had to decide to suspend the possibility of submitting further applications for mobilities.

The university has applied for additional funding for Erasmus+ trips and is also preparing an application for funding for the next academic year. However, until additional funds become available, the possibility of applying for trips will remain suspended.

Trips for students under the Erasmus+ program are proceeding as usual.
