Recruitment for staff mobility under the Erasmus+ program is starting

important notice for staff
Gdańsk University of Technology has received additional funding for implementing mobility within the Erasmus+ program. Therefore, the International Relations Office invites staff to submit applications for trips. Applications will be accepted from March 26 (the system will open at 12:00 p.m.) until April 12.

Due to the high interest in Erasmus+ mobility trips, Gdańsk University of Technology managed to obtain an additional EUR 50,000 in the competition organized by the National Erasmus+ Agency. The funds will be available for academic teachers and administrative staff for mobilities to program countries (action KA131).

Rules of the new recruitment

Decisions regarding funding for individual trips will be made based on principles approved by the Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Innovation, Prof. Janusz Nieznański. Please note that according to these principles:

  • each person may submit only one trip application,
  • priority will be given to individuals who have never used the program's offer before,
  • trips of academic teachers for educational purposes will be treated preferentially,
  • trips that do not involve language training will be given priority.

The decision on funding will be made by the Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Innovation based on recommendations from the commission appointed by him. Individuals whose trips are eligible for financial support will be notified through Gdańsk University of Technology's Online Application System.

Application deadline

Applications for trips will be accepted from March 26 (from 12:00 p.m.) to April 12.

How to submit a travel application?

Applications are accepted exclusively electronically through Gdańsk University of Technology's Online Application System.
