Accommodation and transportation
The organization of accommodation and transport is on the student's side.
What is the amount of the scholarship?
You have to take into account that the grant may not fully cover the costs of living in the country you are going to - the grant is only intended to cover the differences in the cost of living in Poland and in the country you are going to. Co-financing is paid as follows: 85% of the amount after signing the contract (before departure), the remaining 15% after the settlement of the trip (after return). You can charge for internships - this does not affect the amount of funding from the Erasmus+ program.

Additional funds for students with special needs
Students with special needs are eligible for additional funding for their trips. Students with special needs are defined as:
- Students who have been awarded a social scholarship
- Students with a certified degree of disability Students in these groups receive an additional amount of 250 euros for each month of their stay (regardless of the country they are traveling to).
🌿Green Erasmus+
Students who choose to travel by green means of transport, such as train, bus, or carpooling, are eligible for additional funding for their trip, which includes:
- A one-time bonus of 50 euros
- Additional financial support for up to four travel days (about 20 euros per day). How does it work? Let's say the foreign university is ready to host you from October 1 to April 30, and you sign a contract with those dates. If you use green forms of transport, you can leave, for example, on September 29 and return on May 2, and you will receive additional funds for the four travel days.
Language Support
Students studying abroad in English, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Finnish, French, Greek, Spanish, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Swedish, Hungarian, or Italian have the opportunity to take a language proficiency test. We encourage students to take this test to assess their level of foreign language proficiency before going abroad for studies.
Based on the test, a student can (if they wish) also receive a license for an online language course (the test is taken in the language in which the student will be studying in the respective country, but the course can be taken in any language. For example: a student goes to study in Spain; the studies are in English - the test is taken in English, but the course can be in Spanish or any other language).
Students who are selected to participate in the Erasmus+ program and are interested in the language test and course should contact the International Relations Office for more details.
