Work Package 1 focuses on building result-oriented and participatory management and governance structures, empowering students and staff to take an active part in creating the ENHANCE Alliance.

  1. Review the existing governance and operational structure.
  2. Review and implement an agile and effective project management.
  3. Strengthen engagement with ENHANCE through community-building activities.

  2. Community-building concept actively supports member universities.
  3. Long-term strategy adapted.
