Work Package 1 focuses on building result-oriented and participatory management and governance structures, empowering students and staff to take an active part in creating the ENHANCE Alliance.

Objectives

Planned tasks

1. Review the existing governance and operational structure.
2. Review and implement an agile and effective project management.
3. Strengthen engagement with ENHANCE through community-building activities.
4. Establish strategy for further development of the alliance.

Deliverables

1. Successful, agile and efficient joint project management established.
2. Community-building concept actively supports member universities.
3. Long-term strategy adapted.
