Where can I do my internships?

First of all, it should be remembered that internships must be related to the field of study. They can be held at:

2. a public body at local, regional or national level
3. community organization or another representative of the world of work (trade / craft / professional chamber, trade unions)
4. research institute
5. foundations
6. school / institute / education center at any level
7. non-profit organization, association, non-governmental organization
8. an institution providing vocational guidance, vocational counseling and information services
9. higher education institutions from a program country holding an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE)

2. in organizations managing EU programs, such as national agencies
3. at universities without Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE)

How long can you leave for?

Min. for 60 days - max. 12 months.

How many times during your studies can you travel?

Each student has the so-called "Mobility Capital", i.e. 12 months for each degree of studies (that is, for the 1st degree of studies you can go abroad for a total of 12 months and for the 2nd degree of studies you can go abroad for a total of another 12 months). Mobility capital can be used entirely for studies, fully for internships or divided into studies and internships.

Who can leave?

1. a student who has completed at least the first year of first-cycle studies or a graduate of first or second-cycle studies (the application for placement must be submitted before the defense; the internship itself must be completed within one year of the defense)
2. well-versed in the foreign language of the country to which they want to go

Accommodation and transportation

The organization of accommodation and transport is on the student's side.

What is the amount of the scholarship?

You have to take into account that the grant may not fully cover the costs of living in the country you are going to - the grant is only intended to cover the differences in the cost of living in Poland and in the country you are going to. Co-financing is paid as follows: 85% of the amount after signing the contract (before departure), and the remaining 15% after the settlement of the trip (after return). You can charge for internships - this does not affect the amount of funding from the Erasmus+ program.

country scholarship
group I: Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden EUR 700 monthly
group II: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Malta, Germany, Portugal, Italy EUR 700 monthly
group III: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, North Macedonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary EUR 600 monthly

🌿Green Erasmus+

Students who decide to travel by green means of transport, i.e. by train, bus or car (as part of carpooling), can count on additional funding for their trip, i.e.:
- EUR 50 one-time supplement
- additional funds for max. four days of travel (approx. EUR 20 per day). How does it work? Let's say a foreign institution is ready to accept you from October 1st to April 30th and you sign a contract with such dates. If you use green forms of transport, you can leave, for example, on September 29th and return on May 2nd - then you will receive additional funds for four days of travel.

Online Linguistic Support (OLS)

Students interning abroad in English, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Finnish, French, Greek, Spanish, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Swedish, Hungarian, Italian, must complete the language proficiency test (the test passes before leaving; you will receive a link by e-mail).

On the basis of the test, you can (if you want) obtain a license for an online language course (the test seems to be the official language in a given country, and the course can be done in the language of a given country, e.g. you go to Madrid for an internship: internships are in English - the test seems to be in English, but the course can be done in Spanish).

The language test is compulsory, the course is voluntary.
