1. Must I legalise my stay?
You must register in the City Hall within 4 days from the date of your arrival and submit the TRC application as soon as possible till the validity of your visa
2. Must I have an insurrance?
You must have the health insurrance - we support the students and staff in getting insurred in National Health Fund and also we guide how to get the recommended private one.
3. What if I will be absent in Poland during the application?
Prepare and submit an authorization letter to a trusted person, who will collect the letters and will answer it during your absence.
NB! 17 PLN fee is required, submit the fee payment confirmation together with the authorization letter.
4. What if I change my address when my application will be in process?
You are required to inform the migration office. Send a letter (with registered post) informing about your new address.
NB! In case the migration letter sends you a notification you are required to answer it during 7 days, otherwise the application will be rejected without consideration.
5. How long is my TRC valid?
First TRC is issued for the period of minimum 3 months and maximum 1 year. Second TRC is issued for maximum 2 year’s period.
NB! The period of TRC validity depends on the financial assets on your account, these must be enough for living in Poland within a particular period of time.
6. How much do I have to pay to receive my TRC and where should I pay?
The information about the cost and the bank account will be placed in the decission that you will receive from the Immigration Office.
