It is worth remembering that Open Science is not limited to online access to scientific information that is free of charge to the user. Openness in science affects each stage of the research process, from the financing research projects and experiments, collecting data, publishing and reviewing research publications to evaluating scientific achievements. Open Science initiatives significantly support the development of interdisciplinary research and facilitates replication studies, thus increasing research quality and credibility.
