Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt Scholarship
The scholarship program of DBU offers the opportunity to undertake scientific or professional internships in Germany. Its aim is to provide professional training to Polish future professionals dedicated to environmental causes.
The offer is directed, among others, to PhD students pursuing projects in disciplines such as Earth and Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Mining and Energy, Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Forestry Sciences, Agriculture and Horticulture, Socio-Economic Geography and Spatial Management, Architecture and Urban Planning, and Biotechnology. It is important to note that each proposal is evaluated individually, and the mentioned disciplines are not exhaustive.
Key Information:
- The internship duration ranges from 6 to 12 months.
- Monthly scholarship amounts to 1,350 euros (net).
- DBU covers insurance costs in Germany (liability, accidents, health).
- Intensive German language course.
- Application deadline: until September 5, 2023 (next intake: March 5, 2024).
- Applications can be submitted in English.
