Certificates related to the training at the Doctoral School
Dear Doctoral Students,
If you are interested in receiving a certificate related to your training at the Doctoral School, please request it through the MojaPG system well in advance, considering the time you need it for, the time involved in its preparation, and the working days and hours of the office where the certificate can be collected.
Please note that due to the workload and the necessity of obtaining the necessary signatures, the Doctoral School Office has one week to prepare the certificates requested by MojaPG.
If you would like to receive your certificate as a scan, please indicate this in the notes in your application.
Documents can be collected during office hours for PhD Students
- Monday 10:00-13:30
- Tuesday 10:00-13:30
- Wednesday - Office closed
- Thursday 8:00-11:30
- Friday 8:00-11:30
