The Gdańsk Tech Library has been participating in Erasmus+ staff training courses since 2011. The main goal of the Gdańsk Tech Library's participation in the Erasmus+ program is broadly understood professional development, the acquisition of new knowledge, experience and skills which have a real impact on improving the standards of services offered in the library.

The scope of activities includes four types of projects:

1. Erasmus+ staff mobility for training abroad
2. Erasmus+ staff mobility for training at Gdańsk Tech Library
3. Erasmus+ student mobility for traineeship
4. Inter-institutional Erasmus mobility projects
