This program supports the building of the international position of Gdańsk University of Technology as a strong research center by promoting the academic environment of the university and its achievements.
What can you gain?
As part of the Program, it will be possible to obtain funding for an international scientific conference at Gdańsk University of Technology of significant importance, size (minimum 400 participants) and at least European coverage. The topics of the international conference must correspond to the research areas of at least one of PRA Centers.
How to apply?
- the applicant may be an employee of Gdańsk University of Technology, employed at the university as the primary workplace, intending to undertake the organization of the conference
- the call for proposals in the Program is continuous, except that the application should be submitted no later than 6 months before the planned date of the conference
- the application should be submitted to the IERU Project Implementation Team
- within one week of receipt, the application shall be submitted to the Evaluation Committee appointed by the rector from among the members of the PRA Centers’ councils
- after being assessed, the application is directed to the rector, who decides whether to award a grant or refuse funding
