Short BIO:
Samaneh Shahsavarifar is an Associate Professor of Research in the Department of Metrology and Optoelectronics at Gdańsk University of Technology in Poland. She is employed by the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunication, and Computer Science (WETI) under the Nobelium IDUB Award.
She is an expert in the field of synthesis and characterization of carbon-based substrate and its inorganic nanocomposites for energy storage and energy conversion applications.
Additionally, she possesses expertise in the synthesis and characterization of nanoparticles and nanocomposites as heterogeneous catalysts. 
Presently, she is focusing on the development of “Conductive Nanocrystalline Diamond/Sulfur Doped Laser-Induced Graphene (LIG) Hybrid for Electrochemical Energy Storage Devices”.
Notably, Samaneh has gained experience working with a proficient team at the center of electrochemistry university of Tehran, successfully obtaining multiple industry-funded projects.
To date, she has published 12 articles in international scientific journals, 1 book chapter, with more than 150 citations, with an H-index of 8, and participation in 4 conferences (November 2023).
