1.Ensuring adequate living and housing conditions for students – residents of the halls of residence.
2. Maintaining the buildings and the surrounding area
3.Taking proper care of financial resources
4.Generating additional financial resources (lease of premises, blocks of advertising space, Project Summer)
5.Engaging in joint procurement
6.Collaboration with the Student Government at GUT, the Student Residents’ Councils, and other student organizations
7. Collaboration with organizational units of the University on running the Student Residential Campus.
