Gdańsk Tech in the forefront of Polish universities in THE Impact 2023 ranking | Gdańsk University of Technology

In the latest ranking, Gdańsk Tech was classified in the overall ranking and in eleven specific Sustainable Development Goals. In the general classification, last year’s position in the range of 601-800 was maintained, what means the 4th-8th place in Poland.

Universities from Australia (Western Sydney University), Great Britain (University of Manchester) and Canada (Queen's University) are at the top of the list.

This year for the first time Gdańsk Tech was classified in the 101-200 range of the ranking in three Sustainable Development Goals.

The results of the Gdańsk Tech in eleven detailed Sustainable Development Goals are following:

• Goal 6 - Clean water and sanitation - position 101-200 (the best result in Poland)
• Goal 12 - Responsible production and consumption - position 101-200 (the best result in Poland)
•  Goal 11 - Sustainable cities and communities - position 101-200 (third result in Poland)
• Goal 9 - Innovation, industry, infrastructure - position 301-400
• Goal 7 - Clean and accessible energy - position 401-600
• Goal 8 - Economic growth and decent work - position 401-600
• Goal 13 - Climate Action - position 401-600
• Goal 16 - Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions - position 401-600
• Goal 17 - Partnership for Goals - position 401-600
• Goal 3 - Good health and quality of life -  position 1001+
• Goal 4 – Good quality of education –position 1001+
